Shah Rukh Khan calls Mohanlal ‘OG Zinda Banda’ as he performs on the Jawan song, latter says, ‘nobody can do it like you’

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan shattered several box office records emerging as one of the highest grossing Hindi movies. From King Khan’s act to story and song, everything about film continues to remain talk of the town. Recently, a video of Malayalam actor Mohanlal grooving on Zanda Binda from Jawan at an award show is going viral and Shah Rukh Khan has an amazing reaction to it.

Shah Rukh Khan reacts to Mohanlal dancing on Zinda Banda

King Khan reacted to the viral video shared by a fan page dedicated to him on X (earlier known as Twitter) and he wrote, “Thank you Mohanlal Sir for making this song the most special for me now. Wish I had done it half as good as you. Love you Sir and waiting for dinner at home as and when. You are the OG Zinda Banda.” Now, superstar Mohanlal has reacted to SRK’s reply. “Dear Shah Rukh Khan, nobody can do it like you! You are and always will be the OG Zinda Banda in your classic, inimitable style. Thanks for your kind words. Also, just dinner? Why not groove to some Zinda Banda over breakfast, too,” read Mohanlal’s post.

About the track Zinda Banda from Jawan – the video featured Shah Rukh Khan with over 1000 dancers – all women. The track was shot over 5 days with a whopping budget of ₹ 15 crore and Shobi Paulraj choreographed it.

Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movies

On the work front, King Khan ruled 2023 with releases like Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. He will next be reportedly seen in ‘The King’ alongside daughter Suhana Khan. The film is made at a whopping budget of Rs 200 crore.  After this, King Khan is expected to begin filming ‘Pathaan 2′. He also has Tiger VS Pathaan in the pipeline.
